Boys Basketball: Gordon Thomas, C.E. King cruises past College Park, 77-56

College Park’s non-district game started more than 30 minutes late because C.E. King’s freshman team decided better late than never applied to starting times on Tuesday afternoon.

But the real fireworks took place about three hours later. Senior forward Gordon Thomas electrified the C.E. King side of the gymnasium and the Panthers pulled away in the fourth quarter to defeat Collge Park 77-56 on Tuesday night.

The Panthers, who were missing several key players during the first three weeks of the UIL football playoffs, improved to 3-6 on the season. College Park dropped to 2-7. click here for complete story
