A 17-year-old man was arrested after he threatened three people on three occasions with what appeared to be a gun and demanded their cell phones in Spring grocery store parking lots in the early morning hours Monday.

Shortly before 3 a.m., the young man, identified as Reginald Quadill Loudress, reportedly approached a woman in the parking lot of the Walmart on Sawdust Road and asked to use her cell phone. After making several calls, he showed what appeared to be a handgun and fled in a car, taking the cell phone, the woman said.

A few hours later, just before 6 a.m., Loudress approached a man using the fuel center at the same Walmart and demanded to use their cell phone, again flashing what appeared to be a gun. The man refused and Loudress reached into the man’s car, apparently looking for the phone. The man ran to the clerk’s station and directed the clerk to call the police. Loudress fled in a vehicle fitting the same description as the one the woman described earlier. click here for complete story
