It has only been three days since Hurricane Harvey hit the Texas coast, and the city of Houston continues to feel the effects of the historic storm. The 49 inches of rain recorded in southeast Houston is the greatest amount ever recorded from a tropical weather system in the lower 48 states, and the rain hasn’t stopped yet. read more…
